Selcuk is incredably knowledgeable about the art and history of the area. He has a wonderful personality. He is a born teacher who wants to share his knowledge of and pride in his country.

Selcuk was amazing - he knew eveything. He could answer any question anyone asked) and was always available for us. He was an excellent orator and gave wonderful intros to our stops. He would read us the highlights from Turkish newspapers every morning on the bus (and elaborate if need be on the issue). He was extremely interesting. Please make another Turkey tour so I can travel with him again!!

I think Ayse is an excellent guide. She added extra things that were of interest too. I would not have left anything out, just add a little down time too. Ayse seemed always cheerful and she knows so much and shares it gladly. She is very good with people.

Ayse was always open to comments and had a good sense of humor. After the trip, it was like a death, we missed her. She answered all our questions and then she was gone and we still had questions with nobody to ask. Her leadership was exceptional!

Mehmet was a great driver. He was safe and followed all traffic laws - we always felt very comfortable with him behind the wheel. And, he is a very nice person too!

The office did a good job in orientation and preparing us for the tour, but we had taken two tours prior to this so we were pretty ready for this tour.

Cappadocia was a unique experience for me, and I suspect for everyone. I suggest you encourage future travelers to do extensive reaearch, in order to anticipate and appreciate what is planned for them. I was in awe so much of the time, that I failed to appreciate the moment sometime.

Turkey is a magical, astonishing place, worth a repeat trip or two. It has everything--beaches, mountains, plains, cities, long history, strategic location. A visit to Turkey should be "mandatory" for anyone who wants to understand current political events in Europe, the middle east or the caucuses.

I think the tour was a great mixture of large cities and small villages and I really appreciated the chance to meet some Turkish people and have a dialogue with them. Our guide's vast knowledge of Turkey, her history, culture and customs was shared willingly without our feeling lectured.
