The only thing Ayse doesn't do extremely well is give directions on how to get somewhere, and I think that is totally cultural, so she shouldn't try to change it. We should change.

Ayse was incredible! She is a intelligent and charismatic young woman who, by incorporating parts of her own life story into what we encountered each day, made Turkey come alive. Mustafa was great. Even though he did not appear to speak much English and we certainly didn't speak much Turkish, he was very helpful with any issues related to transportation and getting our luggage on/off the bus.
