Overall, outstanding and flexible. When things went wrong, and they will, inevitably do so, he "made lemons out of lemonade. Probably the best primary guide of any tour I have been on. We could, however, have used a bit less commentary on U.S. politics and the catholic church in the current events reading. (Part of that was the responsibility of some of the other tour participants, who encouraged those comments.)

Mesut was an excellent driver - I am amazed at some of the places he was able to maneuver that big bus. He was also nice enough to let me practice speaking a little Turkish and even taught me a new phrase.

Caan was an excellent driver! How he can maneuver that huge bus through such narrow streets is amazing! He doesn't even break a sweat! I also appreciated his humor and interaction with tour members.
